On May 19, 1997, Bryan’s first televised broadcast, David Bryan: Street Magic, introduced the world to his unique brand of Street Magic through the ABC network. With a strong focus on audience reactions and expressions, revolutionary street magic brings magic shows to television. According to the new New York Daily News, Brian has launched his own brand wizardry. He displayed an unusual personal level in the operation of the magic show.
In street magic shows, Bryan has entertained unwitting pedestrians in New York City, Atlantic City, Dallas, San Francisco, Compton, and the Mojave Desert, recorded with only a small handheld camera. Many magicians respect Brian’s choice of materials and give him credit for creating a new image of contemporary magicians on TV that differentiates them from other magicians in recent history. People are even more amazed at the magic of digging out the guts.”
On April 5, 1999, Brian “buried” himself in a transparent coffin for the next week, subsisting on only four teaspoons of water a day, through which the public could see Brian lying like a living dead.

In 2000, he performed another world-record-breaking performance: spending a full 61 hours in an “ice coffin” made of two 8-foot-tall ice blocks. On September 5, 2003, Brian once again challenged the limits of human existence, placing himself in a transparent box 2.1 meters high, 2.1 meters long and 0.9 meters wide, and hoisted it with a crane to the Thames River in London, England. At an altitude of 12.5 meters above Tower Bridge in London, David Bryan lived for 44 days without eating any food, and only relied on two pipes to deliver water and urinate.
On the evening of October 19, 2003, American magician David Bryan successfully completed a 44-day hunger strike in London, England. To the tidal wave of applause from the thousands of spectators, the bearded, thin and frail Brian walked out of the transparent box that fell to the ground in tears.

On May 1, 2006, at Lincoln Center in New York, the United States, American magician David Bryan made an “OK” gesture to the audience in a spherical fish tank. David’s amazing move this time is to get into a large fish tank made of acrylic material and live in the water for seven days and seven nights. Towards the end of the show on Day 7, David will also attempt to hold his breath underwater to beat the existing record. David’s performance is completely open to the public. Passersby can touch the fish tank, take pictures with him, and even chat with him. [1]
On October 5, 2012, in New York, the United States, American magician David Bryan once again challenged the limits of human beings, receiving a 72-hour continuous electric shock of 1 million volts of high-voltage electricity. Brian wore a mesh metal jacket and a metal hood on his head. He stood on a high platform and was “tortured” by a huge voltage. During these three days, Brian did not sleep or eat, and only drank water through a catheter.

David Bryan is a young magician who has rapidly become popular in the United States in recent years. At first, David won plaudits with street magic. He goes out to the street to interact directly with the audience, and every magic trick is very surprising. Playing cards, mind-reading skills… all reached a state of ecstasy, and even the whole person floated.
But he is not content to be just a street magician. He often challenges the limits of human beings and makes some shocking actions.
On October 19, 2007, when the glass box was put back on the ground from mid-air, Brian, an American magician who had been on a hunger strike for 44 days, wept with joy.

“I realized how strong we are as human beings.” – American magician David Bryan
American magician David Bryan ended his 44-day hunger strike. At around 9:50 p.m. London time on the 19th (5:50 a.m. Beijing time on the 20th), he walked out of the glass box lowered to the ground with tears in his eyes. .
From the evening of September 5, 2007, he began to live in a transparent glass box with a height of 2.1 meters, a length of 2.1 meters and a width of 0.9 meters, which was suspended on the Thames River. He did not eat anything except drinking water, so as to challenge the limit of survival.

Bryan’s reputation has grown over time after amazing performance, but many of his peers have criticized his performance as a mere trick that not only deceives the public, but also deceives himself. British magician Zeno said: “He said he didn’t play tricks – but in fact he was a magician. We are all lying, that’s what we do.” No success, because they couldn’t confirm whether Brian really lived on water alone. The company spokesman said it was impossible to know, for example, how pure the water he drank was.
